Product pages are invitations to treat. A binding agreement arises after we send a written order confirmation and successfully capture payment or agreed alternative. We may refuse orders linked to fraud risk or regulatory flags.

Texts describe a food supplement, not drugs. Label artwork may change when the manufacturer refreshes packaging; the physical leaflet inside the parcel prevails.

4. Truthful communications, advertising platforms, and food supplements

Commercial copy—whether on this domain, in emails, or inside optional paid placements—is meant to stay accurate and proportionate to the label. We do not market Livnor as treating, preventing, or curing any disease, and we avoid guarantees about individual outcomes. Paid campaigns may be subject to additional platform rules; if a provider limits or rejects an ad, that action does not rewrite your contract rights for an order already accepted.

Buyers based in the European Union, United Kingdom, and closely aligned markets should read these terms together with mandatory consumer information and the return policy. Purchasers elsewhere remain responsible for confirming that importing a food supplement from Finland is lawful where they live.

5. Prices and taxes

Displayed prices include Finnish VAT where applicable. Carriers may invoice separate duties when destinations fall outside our standard trade zone; such amounts are your responsibility once disclosed at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability

We are liable under mandatory Finnish consumer law. Beyond those statutes, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing law and venue

Finnish law applies. Disputes may be brought before courts in your place of residence if EU consumer rules grant that privilege, otherwise North Karelia District Court competes subject to overriding consumer directives.
