We operate primarily from Finland for buyers in the European Union and broader European Economic Area. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights referenced here track EU consumer legislation as implemented in Finland. If you are located outside that region, local rules may add or limit remedies; customs decisions in your country can also affect whether a return physically reaches Joensuu within measured time frames.
3. Statutory withdrawal (distance contracts)
Unless an exception applies (for example sealed food supplements opened after delivery, where hygiene law may limit withdrawal), you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send a clear statement referencing your order identifier before the deadline expires.
4. Return shipment
Unless we offer a prepaid label, you bear direct return costs when the statutory right applies. Keep proof of postage until the refund is logged.

6. Hygiene-sensitive products and food-supplement positioning
Sealed dietary supplements lose withdrawal protection if the seal is broken after delivery, provided we informed you before checkout in line with Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16. The goods are food-category items; return reasons must not rely on medical outcome expectations that fall outside label-compliant presentation.
7. Escalations
If a dispute stays unresolved, EU consumers may use the ODR platform or contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services for mediation.
